Please join the in-game channel "theforgotten".

Check the forums on a regular basis to check for news and sign up for raids.

Also, when you are invited to a raid you are a expected to come prepared with the elixirs your class uses (adepts elixir and such), flasks, potions and buff-food.
Make sure to read up on the bosses you are to kill (check bosskillers.com). And be on time for invites!
