This post contains the info you need for running 25 man content with The Forgotten.
The Forgotten is a casual raid force. We strive to have fun and enjoy the content of WoW together. We are not associated with any particular guild. This may sound like a laid back play style but we consider it to be a bit more demanding. It implies you have to care a bit about your teammates and make sure they have a good time too. If you are a whiner or a self centered narcissist you won’t last long with us.

Casual play according to the Forgotten means:

1. Time management. You aren’t kicked out because you can only participate 1-2 nights per week. But when you participate, you have to be prepared so you don't waste other people’s precious time and patience. Not being prepared means the play time of the raid will be limited. As many of us have day jobs and families that time is precious and should not be squandered.

2. Prepared means you got your food, pots, flasks and elixirs made before raid starts. You are ungrouped at invite time. You are repaired and got the arrows, shards, reagents etc. needed for a raid night. This is easily done by planning ahead. Prepared also means having read up on the fights ahead. On the forum there are links to all the bosses we will encounter. Do this ahead of the raid. If you don’t remember everything the first time it’s ok but causing a 25-man raid multiple wipes because you have no clue is not. You will be kicked if you don’t respect your fellow team members by doing a bit of studying.

3. You accept that not all loot is yours and that we usually let the member most in need have it. In fact our members are generous on the verge of silliness. If you abuse that generosity. You will not stay long with us. In fact, showing graciousness when loot is divided is a good way to earn yourself a good rep and will get you invited more often, especially when there’s too many players signed up for a raid. See loot rules for exact procedure when dividing loot.

4. We don’t accept abusive language or demeaning slander in any chat or ventrilo channel. If you lose your temper and lash out at team members you will get kicked at once. If you bully someone or speak ill of someone behind their back you will be kicked at once. If someone’s behavior is bugging you and saying you don’t appreciate their behavior doesn’t help please inform one of the moderators of the forum ingame (one will almost always be online).

5. Last and most important: Have fun! Very Happy We are a casual raid force so enjoy the wipes and the wins equally and you will fit right in with us. Don’t whine about repair bills or expenses for elixirs etc. Yea they are big when you have good gear but get a few friends and do the dailies, grind some food or whatever you need and enjoy each other’s company and we will continue to be one of the most enjoyable Raid forces on Earthen Ring.

Raid days
25 man content will be put up every:

Wednesday with invites at 20:00 game time
Sunday with invites at 19:00 game time

Signup policy
Signing is done by posting a reply on the topic for the date you want to come.
Raid Officers will meet half an hour before raid to sort out groups. Respecting that sign-ups must be made at least half an hour before raid is a requirement for raiding with us. Only people signed on time will get priority for the next raid.

The signup must contain the following info for each available toon:

Class
Spec

If you can't attend unsigning must be made 30 minutes before raid start (but preferably as soon as you can). Failiure will be considered signing without attending putting you on the bottom of the priority invite list

Drafting policy
Drafting will be made by raid leader at inv time according to the role priority list.
The list is a simple list for priority inv to the raid. First time we use signup time to make the list. First sign gets highest priority. When you come late, missbehave or fail to sign or attend you get bumped down on the list. putting you in a low priority spot. This is to reward attendance. the list will be posted on the forum under public raid info.

Loot policy
For Raid or instance running with the Forgotten, this is the loot procedure we use:

1. Don’t loot bosses unless you are the group leader or raid leader.

2. Pass on all epics. They will be rolled on later. No exceptions!

3. Blue gear you can need or greed at once but please be generous. If there’s an enchanter in the party we usually shard the item and /roll for the shard. And if you have a leveling character in the group they should have precedence.

4. Greed on Greens

5. Schematics and other profession related loot you may need at once if you have that profession and need to learn the skill. Don't need on BoE crafting recipes for posting on AH. Let someone in the Raid Force have it if the raidforce found it.

After all raid members passed/needed the Raid leader or Loot master calls out for a Need roll on the first epic. And everyone that finds the item an upgrade /roll for it. If the item isn't an upgrade for anyone a Greed roll call is made. If the item is a side grade for anyone they can greed on it.

6. You are entitled to get one Need epic and one Greed epic i.e. if you have won a need roll for an epic during the current run you can’t Need on any more epics, including tokens for armour sets. If you’ve won a greed roll for an epic you can’t Greed for anything more this run. Exception to this rule are epic mounts or vanity pets that every one gets to roll for when the raid leader announce the roll i.e you all pass on it first according to rule 2, then /roll

7. We don’t shard epics that are an improvement to any member. So if you’ve needed one and greeded one and a great epic drops that no one else needs or greeds you may roll for it. Notify the raid that you have an interest in the loot and we sort it out after making sure no one else can claim it.

8. Consider all loot during a team run to be for the raid group’s benefit. Don’t use it for personal gain. E.g. If an epic schematic drop that you can’t use check if that competence is in the Raid Force before selling it on AH.

If anything above is not crystal clear please inform any of the moderators and we will append a clarification.

Raid behavior
Everyone use flask or elixirs, no cheep free riding on your fellows expenses.
In 25 man we will use a higher ventrillo discipline, NO chit chat except during bio breaks.
Buff requests are given to the Class leader or Raid officers BEFORE the raid.
Bio breaks will be allowed after a boss is downed except for emergencies.
During raid the MT is the Boss and calls the shots.
Any argument about loot, behaviour or anything else will be ended with Xankriegor's word.

Pick-up rules
If we pick-up someone to fill ranks they need to be checked and cleared by class leaders. BeImba score at least. If you signed late (less than 30 minutes before invite time) you will be considered a pick-up meaning you will get bumped down on the priority list.
